Strawberry Shortcake Shaving Cream (exclusive)

Formula;
phase A
77.45% distilled water
5% glycerin
phase B
10% jojoba oil
1% fragrance oil (strawberry shortcake fragrance oil)
Directions;
combine all ingredients in phase A and mix until aloe vera powder dissolves.
add in all the ingredients from phase B into phase A and mix with an immersion blender.
i then used pink mica powder to add some color to the product.
PH adjusting - products ph is naturally around 4.9. No ph adjusting needed.
Benefits/Purpose of each ingredient
glycerin - humectant that hydrates skin
chamomile extract - has anti-inflammatory properties and helps soothe skin from irritation
aloe vera - soothing, hydrating, and calming to the skin.
jojoba oil - moisturizing
ICE hair restore - a ready to mix conditioner also containing an emulsifier. When formulating with this ingredient no heating and melting is necessary. Just add it in and mix with a high sheer mixer. Can emulsify up to 10% oils. It says to add to lukewarm water, but I've use room temperature water many times with good results
liquid germall plus - preservative
Substitutions;
substituting ingredients will change the final feel, viscosity, and overall effect of final product. percentages and formulating procedure may need to change with substitutions.
glycerin - 1,3 propanedial or propylene glycol
chamomile extract - chamomile hydrosol, cucumber extract, cucumber hydrosol or any other soothing ingredient
aloe vera powder - aloe vera liquid or you can leave out.
liquid germall plus - euxyl PE 9010, optiphen, optiphen plus, or any water soluble broad spectrum preservative.
jojoba oil - any plant oil or emollient ester
ICE hair restore - BTMS 50 (needs heated/melted)
