Formula;
phase A
phase B
0.5% vitamin E
Directions;
weight out both phases in two separate beakers. If you want to add color to your product add some mica powder into phase B.
using an overhead mixer begin mixing phase A until it turns white. Make sure you can move the beaker up and down to mix through out the whole product.
once phase A looks white add a small amount of phase B into phase A while still mixing. after about 30 seconds to a minute add in more of phase B and continue mixing.
keep the overhead mixer on while slowly incorporating phase B into phase A. Slowly increase the amount of phase B added each time. wait till phase A looks smooth before adding more of phase B.
once all of phase B is incorporated into phase A you can jar your oily gel.

ph sensitive ingredients in formula;
sucragel CF does need to be in formulas with a ph between 4 - 8, but since this is an anhydrous formula it doesn't have a ph.
Natural PH of product - does not have a ph since it is an anhydrous formula.
Benefits/Purpose of each ingredient
sucragel CF - creates oily gels. 100% natural, COSMOS approved emulsifier and oil thickener. perfect for clear gel-to-milk cleansers, and many other cosmetic formulations. It can also be used to make Face Masks, Lip Balms, Moisturisers, and Lotions. Usage level to make an oily gel is 20 to 25%; Usage level in emulsions: 5 to 10% with pH range: pH4 to 8.
caprylic capric triglyceride - non greasy and light weight. It comes in the form of an oily liquid and mainly works as an emollient, dispersing agent and solvent. It is an emollient ester and similar to plant oils since it has an oily texture, but is much more light weight and far less greasy. It has a dry, silky oil, feel that is almost powdery because it is still present on the skin but not greasy.
vitamin E - antioxidant.
Substitutions;
substituting ingredients will change the final feel, viscosity, and overall effect of final product. percentages and formulating procedure may need to change with substitutions.
sucragel CF - sucragel AOF but you would need to use a plant oil instead
caprylic capric triglyceride - coco caprylate, c12-14 alkyl benzoate, or any other emollient ester. You could also use any plant oil you would like.
vitamin E - no sub, but you could leave out.
