Formula;

phase A

phase B

Directions;

  • combine all ingredients in phase A and mix

  • combine all ingredients in phase B and mix until dl panthenol dissolves

  • slowly add a little bit of phase A into phase B at a time and mix until all of phase A is incorporated into phase B

  • pour into a bottle with a spray cap and you are done

PH; natural ph fell at 4.6


Benefits/Purpose of each ingredient

polysorbate 80 - used to solubilize the neossance hemisqualane into the water

neossance hemisqualane - ecocert natural alternative to silicone. helps reduces frizz, protects hair from color degradation, helps seal down cuticles and restores more natural structure of hair, provides heat protection, provides lubricity on hair allowing easier combing, enhanced manageability and flexibility, improves elasticity, strengthens the hair and prevents breakage.

glycerin - hydrates hair

bamboo extract - has good moisturizing properties. the bamboo stems are high in silica deposits which give smoothness, shininess and strength to hair.

Active.Lite® Hair for Bleaching - offers lasting protection, and chemical “burn”prevention to promote healthy cuticles

plant keratin - vegetable alternative to animal keratin. It increases hair strength, enhances elasticity, helps protect hair from harsh salon processes, makes hair look more healthy and shiny, and improves the comb-ability of hair.

dl panthenol - it’s a film former that increases shine while hydrating the hair strand to be more elastic, more manageable, and healthier.

optiphen plus - preservative


Substitutions;

substituting ingredients will change the final feel, viscosity, and overall effect of final product. percentages and formulating procedure may need to change with substitutions.

  • polysorbate 80 - polysorbate 20, poly suga mulse D9, tego solve 61

  • neossance hemisqualane - any oil of choice or emollient ester

  • glycerin - 1,3 propanedial, propylene glycol

  • bamboo extract - another extract of choice or leave out

  • Active.Lite® Hair for Bleaching - no sub, you can leave out

  • plant keratin - vegekeratin

  • dl panthenol - no sub, you can leave out

  • optiphen plus - euxyl pe 9010 (add into polysorbate 80) or another water soluble broad spectrum preservative. (not liquid germall plus, it can't be used in spray products)
