In this post I will be sharing what sites I purchase my cosmetic packaging from and some other sites that I think are definitely worth mention, even though I don't purchase from them.

Where I purchase my glass packaging - ContainerAndPackaging.com
I have compared so many sites to see where you can get the cheapest glass packaging, and this is that site! I have taken the cost of the item itself along with the shipping cost into consideration and this is the cheapest place I have found. Any time you are comparing prices, make sure you always take the shipping cost into consideration. I have found sites that sell the same packaging I buy on here for cheaper, but once I added in the shipping cost, it ended up being more expensive. So always check shipping prices! Honestly every time I purchase from this site I'm dropping at least $100 on shipping, which sucks, but once I divide that cost between all the containers I am buying it really doesn't end up being that much because I buy so many containers at one time. So that means this website is really only good for those of you purchasing packaging in bulk. They also charge a small order fee of $10 for orders under $50. This isn't really a problem for me, but I can see it being a problem for others. They don't only sell glass packaging but plastic packaging as well, but I know of another website that sells plastic packaging for much cheaper than this site. So I don't recommend this website for plastic packaging, only if you are buying glass packaging.
Where I purchase my plastic packaging - BulkApothecary.com
This site has the best prices around for simple plastic packaging. They have a few different unique pieces of packaging as well. They don't "specialize" in cosmetic packaging, so they don't have as many unique pieces of packaging to choose from, but they still have a good variety of options and their prices are the best! What makes this site superior is that they don't only sell cosmetic packaging, but ingredients to make cosmetics as well! Now their ingredients aren't all to special, it's more for a beginner, but their prices for carrier oils, clays, butters, etc beat a lot of other websites, which is why I use this website for not only my plastic packaging, but many other ingredients I use all the time! Just hop on over to their website and check it out. Like I said, their ingredients aren't all to luxurious, but they are perfect for people just starting out or even for experienced formulators that need more "simple" ingredients. Also their shipping is super fast! I do live in the same state that they are located, so this could be why, but I have read other reviews that agree.
This next website I have only purchased from once, and it was like 3 years ago. I don't purchase from them NOT because I don't like them, it's just that, at this moment I don't need their type of packaging or items they offer, but who knows, maybe one day I will. This site is called Qosmedix.com They seem to specialize in packaging for makeup, but they sell so much more than that! For example, they sell empty nail polish containers, mascara tubes, lip gloss tubes, makeup sponges, applicators, gauze, cotton rounds, silicone applicators, cosmetic brushes, measuring equipment, beauty supplies and so much more! Seriously, hop on over there too! You will want to buy everything! This is definitely a website I always keep saved because I know I will need some items from here one day.
Lastly this site is UsPlastic.com Don't let the name fool you, they sell more than just plastic. I have never purchase from them, but I do think they are worth mentioning because they sell the same glass containers I buy from ContainerAndPackaging.com, at a cheaper price. BUT! when I took their shipping cost into consideration, it made the packaging more expensive, which is why I don't purchase from them, but who knows, maybe it will be cheaper for you. Definitely compare their prices with others and see what you think. They also sell more than just cosmetic packaging, they sell all kinds of other containers. Go check them out.
So all these sites I have mentioned work best for people who are buying packaging in bulk. Unfortunately they don't end up working well for those of you who only need a few of one container because they either have small order fees, or because their shipping costs are designed to cater towards people buying in bulk. So if you are someone just looking for a few containers or you aren't selling cosmetics I recommend buying your packaging from Ebay or Amazon. When I was just making cosmetics for myself, I bought all my containers on Ebay, I still buy a few things from Ebay and Amazon. Sometimes their prices beat the bulk suppliers. So even if you are buying in bulk check Ebay and Amazon first.
These are the places I purchase my packaging and places I recommend. I hope this helped you out! :)
