Under Eye Gel w/ Caffeine & Cucumber

Updated: May 13, 2022

All ingredients in this formula are naturally derived or Ecocert approved.

Formula;

phase A

phase B

Directions;

  • combine all ingredients in phase A and mix until combined. (Add in mica powder during this phase if desired. I only add in a pinch for small batches since it doesn't show up on my scale. If you are making large batches, keep track of how much you are adding.)

  • combine all ingredients in phase B in a separate beaker

  • pour phase B into phase A and mix to combine

  • clumping may occur. This is normal. Let sit and come back to mix periodically until smooth. This time can vary depending on the batch size you make. I typically let mine sit overnight.

  • check and adjust ph between 5 - 5.5

the natural ph of this eye gel was 4.28. Our skins natural ph is between 4.5 - 5.5 So we typically want a ph somewhere in between there, but you also need to take into consideration what ph your ingredients are active in. The regu-age PF needs to be in a ph between 5-8 so that means we need a ph between 5 - 5.5. Watch the video here to learn how to raise the ph of your products.

Benefits/Purpose of each ingredient

Substitutions;
