How to Make Aloe Vera Gel

Formula;

• 91.5% distilled water

• 1% aloe vera powder 200x

• 5% 1,3 propanedial

• .5% liquid germall plus

• 2% sepimax zen

ph adjusting; has a natural ph around 4.5-5 due to the aloe vera powder

Directions;

• start by dissolving the aloe vera powder into the water

• next mix in 1,3 propanedial and liquid germall plus

• then sprinkle the sepimax zen on top and do not mix in.

• cover and let sit for 8 hours

• pour into your container of choice and store in fridge

Benefits/Purpose of each ingredient

distilled water - diluent

aloe vera powder 200x - concentrated aloe vera powder that easily dissolves in water. Aloe soothes, hydrates, and moisturizes the skin.

propanedial 1,3 - hydrates and locks in moisture

liquid germall plus - preservative

sepimax zen - gels product

Substitutions;

• distilled water - hydrosol, essence water

• aloe vera powder 200x - aloe vera powder 100x

• 1,3 propanedial - glycerin or propylene glycol

• liquid germall plus - optiphen plus, euxyl pe 9010 or a different water soluble broad spectrum preservative.

• sepimax zen - HMW hyaluronic acid, siligel, never tried Aristoflex AVC but it may work. I tried carbomer and had no luck. xanthan gum might feel to sticky.
