5% Fruit Acid Toning Solution
91% Distilled Water = 54.6 grams
5% Fruit Mix (fruit acid complex) = 3 grams
4% Leucidal SF complete = 2.4 grams
For this recipe I am going to be making 2 ounces which equals 60 grams. Begin by using a digital scale that weighs to 0.01 grams and use a glass beaker to weigh everything out in. I used a 250 ml glass beaker. Start by weighing out 54.6 grams of distilled water, followed by 3 grams of fruit mix. I then took the ph which came out to about 4.4, which is perfect! This is why I love using this fruit mix, you don't have to alter the ph level at all! Last but not least I added in 2.4 grams of the leucidal sf complete & gave it one last good mix. Finish up by bottling up your fruit acid toner in a 2 oz glass bottle and add on a label :) You just made a 5% Fruit Acid Toning Solution!
To use this toner, just pour a bit onto a cotton round & gently dab onto the face. You want to use this after cleansing but before moisturizing. You can use daily, in the morning and night, if your skin isn't to sensitive. If you have sensitive skin use only once a day or every other day. Always use a sun screen when using AHA for up to 7 days after use.
